Enriching, inspiring, and informing youths who are seeking guidance on how to navigate their career path within sustainability-related fields.

Empowering young individuals to enact positive change within the environmental industry and make valuable & lasting contributions to society and to future generations.

Highlighting the intersection of sustainability with major career fields like finance, law, policy, technology, etc.

Shaping future leaders and environmental advocates.

Testimonials

“This mentorship program was for me really well planned and organised. The activities really helped the students develop certain skills and how to better plan their future career.

It is so useful that it also helped me see some things a bit differently about myself and my work too.”
- Dr. Priscillia Miard, Wildlife Researcher and Conservation Biologist
(MENTOR)
“I was a mentor in the first instalment and I must say it's one of the best-organised mentorship programmes that I have participated in."
-Luanne Sieh, SENIOR Md AND Head of Group Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility at CIMB (MENTOR)
This mentorship was one of the best experiences I've had in the pursuit of being a sustainable architect.

It is very hard to find someone who shares the same passions as you and will push you in the right direction. In my case, my mentor is someone who has "made it" and has contributed so much to this field. Therefore, I felt that it was a very knowledgeable sharing session as well as a great boost in motivation and confidence for me.

I did feel very lost before this due to many external factors which affects the current field of architecture in general but this mentorship has shown me how important this whole journey is and how I must have a direction and a strong sense of perseverance to go down this path.
-anise kaz, mentorship 2021 (MENTEE)
“I really enjoyed being a part of this programme as it not [only] provides an opportunity to prepare the younger generation for the benefits but also [the] reality of a career in conservation, the environment, or sustainability.

I think it's also beneficial to the mentors as it also allows them to reflect on their educational, career, and life choices, and facilitate their ability to communicate their work and the importance of their work with others.” (Mentorship 2021)
- melisa chan, Assistant Manager for Programmes at MyKasih Foundation; Experienced in Marine Conservation (MENTOR)
The exposure that was given to me was humanising and personal, especially in the area that I was interested in which was media. Connecting it to sustainability and science through this mentorship program provided me with all the necessary guidance and support to realise the importance of media and sustainability in ways that I didn't grasp before. Being a part of the team with other mentees who have similar interests and passion pushed me to involve myself more in advocating for better sustainability promises and practices in the future in multiple areas.
- Ungku Luqman 'Arifin Bin Ungku Azmi, Mentorship 2021 (MENTEE)
This mentorship programme has been nothing but insightful for my career and personal development. I am so grateful to have a mentor who is not only intelligent in her field of work but also genuine and attentive. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in the environmental & sustainability industry!
-Chanel Ng, mentorship 2021 (MENTEE)
